버그, 결제, 기록이 사라진 일, 라운지에서 본 불쾌한 글, 계정 삭제 요청 — 무엇이든 괜찮습니다. 영업일 기준 48시간 안에 답을 드립니다. 신고된 글은 받는 즉시 사람이 직접 확인합니다.

라운지에서 불쾌한 글을 봤을 때

라운지는 이용자가 직접 쓰는 곳입니다. 그래서 가리는 방법을 손에 쥐여 드립니다.

신고하기 — 글이나 댓글 오른쪽 위 … 를 누르고 신고를 고릅니다. 까닭을 한 줄 적을 수 있습니다.
글쓴이 차단하기 — 같은 … 에서 차단을 고르면 그 사람의 글과 댓글이 그때부터 보이지 않습니다. 차단은 라운지 → 차단 목록에서 언제든 풀 수 있습니다.
알려 주기 — 급한 것은 위 메일로 바로 보내 주세요. 글 제목이나 쓴이 딱지를 적어 주시면 빨리 찾습니다.

저희가 하는 일. 신고가 세 건 쌓이면 그 글은 자동으로 가려집니다 — 사람이 보기 전에 먼저 안 보이게 됩니다. 그 뒤에 직접 읽고, 규칙을 어긴 글은 지우고, 되풀이하는 이용자는 라운지에 글을 쓸 수 없게 합니다. 욕설은 올리는 순간 별표로 덮이고, 연락처·바깥 링크·메신저 아이디는 아예 올라가지 않습니다.

라운지 이용규칙

조선거상은 12세 이용가 게임입니다. 다음은 올릴 수 없습니다.

욕설·모욕·괴롭힘, 특정인을 겨눈 비방
차별·혐오 표현, 폭력이나 자해를 부추기는 말
성적인 내용, 미성년자에게 맞지 않는 내용
남의 개인정보(이름·전화번호·주소·사진)
광고·도박·사기, 계정이나 재화를 사고파는 글
연락처, 메신저 아이디, 바깥 링크
같은 글을 되풀이해 올리는 도배

규칙을 어긴 글은 알림 없이 지울 수 있습니다. 되풀이하면 라운지를 쓸 수 없게 됩니다. 억울하다고 생각되면 위 메일로 알려 주세요 — 사람이 다시 봅니다.

기록을 지우고 싶을 때

게임 기록은 이 기기 안에만 있습니다. 앱을 지우면 함께 사라집니다.
명부(순위)에 올린 것과 라운지에 쓴 글은 저희 쪽에 남습니다. 위 메일로 말씀해 주시면 지웁니다 — 앱의 장부 → 설정에 적힌 나그네 번호를 같이 보내 주시면 바로 찾습니다.

자주 묻는 것

기기를 바꾸면 기록이 옮겨지나요?	아직은 옮겨지지 않습니다. 기록은 기기 안에 있습니다.
물때와 날씨가 왜 매일 다른가요?	실제 조위·날씨를 받아 씁니다. 그래서 같은 자리도 날마다 다르게 물립니다.
광고를 안 보고 싶습니다.	보상형 광고는 보고 싶을 때만 누르는 것입니다. 보지 않아도 게임은 끝까지 할 수 있습니다.
라운지가 안 보입니다.	점검 중에는 잠시 닫아 둘 수 있습니다. 오래 안 보이면 메일로 알려 주세요.

Bugs, lost progress, offensive content, account or data deletion — anything. We reply within 48 hours on business days, and a human reviews every report as soon as it arrives.

Reporting and blocking

The Lounge is user-generated. Every post and comment has a … menu with:

Report — flags the content, with an optional reason.
Block — hides everything from that author immediately. Manage it under Lounge → Blocked.

What we do: content reaching three reports is hidden automatically, before any human sees it. We then review it, remove anything breaking the rules, and bar repeat offenders from posting. Profanity is masked on submission; phone numbers, messenger IDs and external links are rejected outright.

Community rules

Joseon Merchant is rated 12+. The following are not allowed: abuse, harassment or personal attacks; hate speech; content encouraging violence or self-harm; sexual content; other people's personal information; advertising, gambling or fraud; account or item trading; contact details, messenger IDs or external links; spam.

Violations are removed without notice and repeat offenders lose posting access. If you believe this was a mistake, email us — a human will look again.

Deleting your data

Game progress lives only on your device and is gone when you delete the app. Leaderboard entries and Lounge posts are stored on our servers — email us (include the traveller number shown under Ledger → Settings) and we will delete them. See our Privacy Policy for details.
